All listings are cross-indexed and completely searchable using our powerful keyword search feature. We work very closely with the landlords to make sure that all of our information and pictures are up to date and accurate. If you are not sure what feature matter to you yet, you can specify by location and price range and pick through what's available. Our search program will allow you to save your search preferences so that you will not have to re-input them every time you want to start a new query, which speeds up the search process and guarantees that you'll spend less time hunting, and more time enjoying your new home.

The Guarantee
The membership lasts for ninety days, but most of our clients find a rental unit within 2 or 3 days! In fact, we are so confident of our ability to place you in a new apartment within the duration of your membership that we've taken it a step farther. We guarantee that our service will provide you with enough valid results that meet your needs within the duration of the membership. You should never have to renew your subscription! If you are unable to locate an adequate apartment within that time we offer a full refund. It is our goal to suceed at every step of the apartment hunting process, and we want you to feel confident in placing your trust in us.
